I became an ordained minister in 1993 after I completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Pastoral Care at the University of Stellenbosch.
I first serve the Dutch Reformed Church Still Bay from 1993 till 2003.
I then served the Unitarian Church in Cape Town from July 2008 – July 2017 as full-time minister.
Currently I am serving as a Community Minister of Cape Town Unitarians.
I am registered as a Specialist Pastoral Counsellor with the South African Association of Pastoral Workers (SAAP).
I also am a fully licensed marriage officer registered with the Department of Home Affairs.
In my spare time I love swimming in the ocean, cooking food with our sun oven and fiddle in our garden. I have two daughters both in their twenties and I live with my life partner and her daughter in Muizenberg.
